Insurance
West Virginia requires only intrastate or interstate carriers base-plated in West Virginia to file proof of insurance. If you are an interstate carrier base-plated outside West Virginia, proof of insurance is NOT required.

Fuel Decals
All motor carriers operating for hire into or through West Virginia are required to have an International Fuel Tanks Agreement decal from their base state. If the base state is not part of this agreement, a West Virginia Fuel decal must be displayed. Public Service Commission Identification Stamp (Bingo Stamp)
All motor carriers operating for hire into or through West Virginia in interstate commerce must obtain an Interstate Single State Registration Service (SSRS) stamp.
