Use Our Doorway for Your Next Meeting
Situated on the banks of the converging Kanawha and Elk rivers in the picturesque Appalachian mountains, Charleston provides impeccable meeting and convention accommodations.

West Virginia is one of America's most beautiful states. The breathtaking mountain beauty and recreational activities, located in and around Charleston, make it the ideal destination for mixing a little fun and excitement into the business agenda. There's no better place to mix business with pleasure.

We Have the Key to Unlock a Great Meeting
More than 173,300 square feet of meeting/exhibit space, 4,161 hotel/motel rooms (1,754 within walking distance of the Civic Center convention facility), and easy access to shopping and entertainment, go a long way in providing you with the services of a major convention city. Access by air, interstate or rail is easy from all regions.

The downtown village area with its brick sidewalks, quaint residential areas and friendly people is an excellent place to take a stroll and time off from your meeting. Skiing, whitewater rafting, historic tours and other entertainment are just minutes away from your downtown home.
